 岗位1:销售工程师
 Responsibilities:
 Identify cobot application opportunities at end users.Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with end users and partners.Coordinate end user visits, make presentations, demonstrate products, support and share application insights.Achieve high repeat sales by ensuring first time end users or key accounts have successful deployments and satisfactory experience with Dobot/ partners.Handle all end users’ enquiries/ leads. Co-create lead generation strategy with Regional Head and Marketing. Carry out events to educate the market on cobot applications and generate leads.   Gather market intelligence, and support with sales forecasting and other reporting materials.Record and maintain all info. from customer meetings, leads, opportunities, activities etc.Coordinate and participate at bigger events(i.e. conferences, exhibitions).
 Qualifications:
 You probably come from a system integration company. Min. 3 years of experience in consulting and selling integrated robotic solutions to manufacturing customers. Technical knowledge of industrial automation related equipment or systems. Native-level German skills required and preferably at an advanced level in English. Good presentation, demonstration and illustration skills. Good interpersonal skills and awareness of local and Chinese (will be a plus) business culture.  Creative in generating leads and awareness in the market. Has good business acumen and sales development skills. Can alternate between hunting and farming. Goal and team-oriented – willing to work collectively with others to achieve, sales targets, business and personal goals. Expect min. 50% travel activity. 
 
 
 
 岗位2:Technical Support & Trainer
 Responsibilities:
 
 Providing technical support to channel partners Providing robotic application support and consultations to channel partners and Dobot sales team Developing/ Translating technical training curriculums and conducting technical training courses for channel partners and technical workshops for end users Developing partners and users’ technical knowledge and competencies in Dobot robots and applications Preparing/Translating technical documentation Participating in customer visits Participating in trade shows and seminars Developing applications for trade shows and seminars
 
 Qualifications:
 
 Bachelor degree or higher in Mechatronics/Computer Science related subject Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications Experience in conducting seminars/ trainings Excellent in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues Excellent computer and interpersonal skills Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as C++/Java/Python/Lua (a plus) 
 
 
 
 
 岗位3:Marketing Specialist
 Responsibilities:
 1. 关注行业和竞品动态,结合公司战略,规划并执行区域市场推广计划,提升区域品牌知名度和影响力;
 2. 负责区域线上线下展会、研讨会、路演、促销等市场活动的策划和执行;
 3. 开发和管理本地营销材料,如宣传册、广告、网站和社交媒体内容,为销售团队提供营销支持和工具;
 4. 协助区域社媒账号的本地化运营、网站运维、邮件营销、媒体对接等;
 5. 对接区域销售、渠道商在市场方面的需求。
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 1. 有2年以上市场营销经验,相关专业毕业优先;
 2. 熟悉自动化相关产品和B2B市场推广;
 3. 英语可以作为工作语言,掌握德语更佳;
 4. 具备多任务处理能力,沟通能力强。
